Shopping for solar usually results in an information overload experience that makes most people cringe.
What if we could create functionality to empower consumers with the ability to identify what stage of solar inquiry and purchasing they are in and then serve up to them the information appropriate for their buying stage? This would help potential customers by uncluttering the solar education and decision process, help demystify the solar inquiry and educate them in a non-sales oriented environment. Filters could correlate to tagged content to sift through and provide the information according to the consumer’s self-selected important criteria, as they identify it to be, not as what we in the industry thinks it should be. Input could be constantly monitored in a continuous improvement and learning loop to offer more and better filters and matches.
